Ingredients
- ✓ 200g blanched almonds
- ✓ Honey (amount to taste)
- ○ Optional: Cinnamon
- ○ Optional: Shredded coconut
- ○ Optional: Vanilla sugar

Toast the almonds in a pan until they appear slightly darker.

Push the almonds into a pile in the center of the pan and drizzle the honey over them.

Mix well and allow to cool.

- • The more honey you use, the sweeter the almonds will be.
- • Low Carb: Use less honey and add more shredded coconut instead.
