Candied Almonds

Candied almonds are one of the most popular snacks at Christmas markets during the cold season.

Ingredients

  • 200g blanched almonds
  • Honey (amount to taste)
  • Optional: Cinnamon
  • Optional: Shredded coconut
  • Optional: Vanilla sugar

Instructions

Toast the almonds in a pan until they appear slightly darker.

Push the almonds into a pile in the center of the pan and drizzle the honey over them.

Mix well and allow to cool.

💡 Tips

  • • The more honey you use, the sweeter the almonds will be.
  • Low Carb: Use less honey and add more shredded coconut instead.
